I simply remember

One of my favourite things to play with at the moment. Sorry, if this is a bit blurry! I am in the midst of experimenting with making a scark from my new Tattoo range. I recently bought a quilted scarf that was made from old worn saris and it got me thinking! I will get back to you!

London calling

For those of you who haven't seen them yet here is my new London range - It was launched at the Festival of Quilts and I am delighted to say that it sold out! Not to worry though, it is now reprinted and back in stock.

A bit of fun

My Gran moved to France last weekend so today I made this little quilty to hang by her door welcoming visitors, it was fun to make, a little piecing, a little quilting, a little embroidery and a little whimsy. Nice and neat and small, ready to pop in the post tomorrow!

Lovely things!

I was lucky enough that two lovely ladies came up to me at the FoQ to show me what they had made with my fabric. Quite honestly I think this is one of the best things that happens to me, I love seeing how people have used the fabric they bought.
At the top we have a quilt top that has really inspired me to do something similar with solids. I wish I could tell you this ladies name but to my shame I didn't ask....if you happen to read my blog please do let me know in the comments! I believe you were a Shirley Quilter?
Underneath we have a cushion that Maureen Flower of the Icknield Quilters made for a friend's daughter who was having a peacock theme for her wedding (how fab?!). Isn't it gorgeous?
